Restaurant Twenty-Four is located on the 24th floor of the city's tallest building and serves mainly Anglo-French food.
You normally expect amazing food from a Michelin starred restaurant but with this restaurant you get amazing views as well. It is hard to beat the magnificent views across the city of London and it is definitely something you should treat yourself to when you are in London.
This is one restaurant where you have no problem waiting to be seated. It has a truly lovely seating area just before you enter the restaurant where you can enjoy a drink from the bar and of course marvel at the stunning views which in itself makes for a great topic of conversation as you spot all of the landmarks across this exciting city.
Adam Gray is the Executive Chef very much in charge of this amazing Michelin starred restaurant. Adam is certainly the fittest Chef we have met to date. A non-smoker non- drinker he cycles into work every morning leaving his home at around 5am in the morning and it takes him about an hour to get to work.

He leaves about 11pm at night normally arriving home about midnight.
You know very quickly from talking to Adam that he is in total control, he is very calm, but very focussed, dedicated and passionate about his profession and has 23 years of experience behind him.
Adam is obviously conscious of his Michelin star status but he is very customer focussed wanting to make sure that everybody that comes into the restaurant leaves with a good experience. - Advice for young chef's starting out: Go for it, keep your head down work hard give it 100%. It's not an easy job so you have to have a passion for it if you are going to become a good chef.
- Loves to keep fit, works out in the Gym and is careful about his diet. A non smoker or drinker Adam looks like he does not need the elevator to go to work he could probably sprint up the 24 floors to his kitchen.
