This part of our website was created so that we can communicate a little more easily with the very hard working chef's that are consistently testing and using our biosmart range of filters on a daily basis. There is no doubt that today's chef has one of the most demanding and time consuming jobs it's possible to have. I know that all of us at Humitech have come to respect and admire the professional chef's we work with and we very much want to stay in touch with you “our customers” on a monthly basis. We would like to continually learn from you and see how we might be of further service to you in your kitchen. We in turn will pass on all the expertise we have gained in relation to food storage, fridge engineering, reducing the costs of that food storage, eliminating food wastage and generally making it easier to maintain far safer food storage conditions than ever before.

HARD WORKING CHEFS.
All chefs wherever they may be have to work very hard in order to get their restaurants noticed but when they get that recognition they have to work even harder to maintain their credibility. We the staff at Humitech are truly amazed at the professionalism and dedication of these people we call "Chefs". Often rising at 5am in the morning and not getting back to their beds until way past midnight it shows a dedication and love of their craft way beyond the normal. Some of the chefs we deal with run their own fabulous restaurants and some are employed in the most important hotels and restaurants in the UK and around the world. Others are working in ordinary restaurants and hotels throughout the country preparing great food to the delight of their customers. Through our chef's listing and our blogging we would like to bring their stories, their working history and their wonderful experience into our website to share with all our customers not just in the UK but worldwide. I believe we all have something to learn from each other and I know that each of our chefs profiled here in the “CHEFS CORNER” each month will have something to teach us and perhaps pass on to their fellow professionals.
We hope to bring you as many stories as possible from every aspect of the kitchen right through to the dinning room. We would like to share some interesting facts about the world of cooking and keep up to date with the latest developments in the food industry and try to share this information with all our customers. You will also see in our chef's corner our online monthly competition where all our customers can enter and one lucky chef each month will have the opportunity to win the prize on offer. Our competition each month is our way of having a little fun and saying thank you to all our chefs for doing business with us.
